Hi! My name is Kate and I am really passionate about raising awareness for the underrated issue of childhood obesity in Wales and globally. I set up this blog to be able to communicate with those who both share the same passion as me but also those who may be overweight or obese at any age and want to reduce the many problems that come with this under publicised problem.
